Winter is upon us and it’s shaping up to be a bumper cold and flu season. Make sure you’re doing what you can to protect yourself, your family and our community. There are some nasty bugs going around, and while we always love to see your faces, we’d rather you stayed well!

There are some simple ways to protect you and your family, here’s your checklist for staying well this winter:
  1. Have your flu shot. You can book this online or call us to make an appointment for your entire family. Stay up to date with our COVID vaccines to ensure you’re protected.
  2. Wash your hands regularly and make sure your kids are doing the same.
  3. Isolate at home if you have any cold or flu symptoms (and test using a RAT or PCR). This stops the spread within the community.
  4. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, especially the green leafy kind.
